Terms & Conditions

Terms and service conditions for 3R Communications customers.

Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions form an integral part of the service agreement between 3R Communications hereinafter referred to as “3R Communications” and the subscriber hereinafter referred to as “Subscriber”. By subscribing to or using the services of 3R Communications, the Subscriber agrees to comply with the following terms.
1. Subscriber Identification
The Subscriber must provide all required documents, information, and details necessary to verify their identity, legal status, address, and service eligibility. 3R Communications reserves the right to review and verify such information at any time.
If any information provided by the Subscriber is found to be false, misleading, incomplete, or inaccurate, whether in the subscription form or any other document, 3R Communications may temporarily disconnect, suspend, or permanently terminate the service.
The Subscriber is also responsible for informing 3R Communications of any change in previously submitted information. Failure to notify such changes may result in suspension or termination of service at the sole discretion of 3R Communications.
2. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any information marked or identified as confidential. Such information shall not be disclosed to any third party without prior consent, except where the information is already publicly available, already known to the receiving party without breach of this agreement, or required to be disclosed by law or regulatory authority.
3. Ownership of Equipment and Connection
All equipment, devices, connection infrastructure, and related materials provided by 3R Communications shall remain the exclusive property of 3R Communications unless otherwise agreed in writing. The Subscriber shall not claim ownership, transfer, modify, damage, or misuse any such equipment or connection facility.
4. Service Activation and Support Timeline
3R Communications shall make reasonable efforts to activate and provide the subscribed service within the agreed timeline. In the event of any delay in installation, activation, maintenance, or support, 3R Communications will notify the Subscriber as soon as reasonably possible.
5. Contention Ratio
A 1:8 contention ratio may apply to internet packages provided by 3R Communications. This means that the available bandwidth may be shared among a maximum of eight users at a given time to ensure fair usage, efficient bandwidth distribution, and optimized network performance.
For example, under a 1:8 contention ratio, a 40 Mbps package may provide an approximate download speed of around 5 MB/s depending on network conditions, server response, device performance, and overall usage.
6. Prohibition of Unauthorized Sharing or Reselling
The Subscriber is strictly prohibited from sharing, reselling, distributing, renting, or commercially transferring the internet connection provided by 3R Communications to any third party, whether for financial gain or otherwise.
Any violation of this condition may result in immediate suspension or termination of the service without prior notice. 3R Communications also reserves the right to take necessary legal action in such cases.
7. Service Interruptions and Network Limitations
3R Communications shall not be held responsible for service interruptions, downtime, slow speed, or reduced performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Such circumstances may include natural disasters, power failure, fiber cuts, upstream provider issues, government restrictions, technical faults, cyber incidents, maintenance activities, or any other external factors.
3R Communications will make reasonable efforts to restore affected services as quickly as possible.
8. Payment Terms
The Subscriber must pay all service charges, monthly bills, installation fees, and other applicable charges within the due date mentioned in the invoice, SMS notification, payment portal, or user panel.
Failure to make payment within the due date may result in temporary disconnection, suspension, or termination of the service. Reconnection may be subject to payment of outstanding dues and applicable fees.
9. Data Privacy and Security
3R Communications takes reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect its network and customer data. However, no internet-based service can be guaranteed to be completely secure from cyber threats, unauthorized access, malware, phishing, or other online risks.
Subscribers are advised to use updated antivirus software, secure passwords, firewalls, and safe browsing practices to protect their own devices and personal information.
10. Technical Support
3R Communications provides technical support for issues directly related to its internet service, network connectivity, and provided connection infrastructure.
Support for third-party routers, devices, operating systems, applications, software, websites, online platforms, or customer-owned equipment is not guaranteed. If such support is provided, additional service charges may apply.
11. Connection Fee and Package-Related Charges
Connection fees, installation charges, device costs, and other related fees may vary depending on the selected package, connection type, customer location, network availability, and promotional offers.
Certain packages may include specific conditions, upgrade or downgrade rules, or additional charges. 3R Communications reserves the right to revise connection fees, package prices, downgrade fees, or any other applicable charges from time to time. Relevant details will be communicated during subscription, renewal, or upon customer inquiry.
12. Modification of Terms
3R Communications reserves the right to update, revise, amend, or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Subscribers will be informed of significant changes through appropriate communication channels, including website notice, SMS, email, invoice, or customer portal.
Continued use of the service after such changes shall be considered acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.
13. Limitation of Liability
3R Communications shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, business, financial, data-related, or consequential loss arising from the use of, interruption of, or inability to use the service.
This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, loss of business, loss of profit, service dependency loss, or any damage caused by network interruption, device failure, third-party platforms, or external technical issues.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh.
Any dispute, claim, or legal matter arising out of or relating to this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bangladesh.
